Koch companies have long-supported a variety of programs that advance learning, expand educational opportunities and help keep children on a track toward success.

Koch Industries was an exhibitor at the 2014 USA Science & Engineering Festival held in Washington, D.C. The exhibit showcased the wide variety of products made by Koch companies. Employees from Georgia-Pacific, INVISTA, Koch Fertilizer and Molex helped kids connect science, technology, engineering and math to the products they encounter every day.

Molex employee Larry Wegner shows a group of kids that electronic connectors made by Molex are in products they might use every day. The group visited the Koch Innovation House while attending the USA Science & Engineering Festival in Washington, D.C.

Koch Fertilizer is the founding sponsor of Nutrients for Life Foundation’s in-school education program in Kansas. The program offers Nourishing the Planet in the 21st Century, a plant and soil science curriculum, to elementary and secondary school teachers. The curriculum addresses objectives from the National Science Education Standards.
