In May, six teams from five different Koch companies were honored at Koch Industries' Environmental, Health and Safety Conference for their accomplishments in 2009. Matador Cattle Company operates three historic ranches in Kansas, Montana and Texas. By applying MBM principles, Beaverhead Ranch in Montana has won seven major environmental awards and became the first ranch in the country to achieve Wildlife Habitat Council certification for enhancing wildlife animal populations Our Sustainability Vision directs us to: Our Code of Conduct sets the expectation for employees to report possible violations or concerns. Employees may access the Koch GuideLine, a hotline available 24 hours a day, to anonymously raise questions and concerns. In addition, all employees are prohibited from retaliating against anyone who, in good faith, reports or supplies information about a possible violation or concern.
