In the event that KOCH grants permission to you to reproduce KOCH’s logos, you agree that such reproduction shall be done, solely, for the purpose of news reporting, and only in conjunction therewith; shall be done in accordance with KOCH’s Graphic Standards (as set forth herein), and shall be reprinted in their entirety, including current size and format. Any other use, without KOCH’s prior written approval, shall be prohibited. Color Usage
The koch logo utilizes two spot colors - Pantone® Process Blue and Black. In materials where 4-color CMYK printing is used, the logo can be reproduced using the ink percentages below.

Proper Usage
Great care should be taken to avoid changing or manipulating the logo in its application. Below are examples of incorrect and correct usage.

	Do not stretch the logo or size disproportionately.
	Use the correct Sub-company logo. Do not replace any elements of the logo.
	Do not use any other colors for the logo.
	Do not reproduce the logo on a slant or any other non-specified way.
	Do not use the stylized "K" without the Koch name.
	When reversing the logo to white, it must be completely reversed.
	Do not combine the logo with textures that reduce readability or prominence.
