Standing Up for the Trees
Since Georgia-Pacific announced its Statement on Forest Protection and Sustainable Practices last November, Mid-Atlantic region foresters have been trained to recognize endangered forests and special areas identified and mapped using GP's science-based methodology. These foresters are now working with their wood suppliers in the region to implement the policy.
